Service Description

Build your Personal Brand or your Business Brand. You need images for your digital marketing, website, social media, you need customized images to build a digital presence, enhance or update your current ones. This is the session you need. Our Branding Session is our best offer that goes way beyond just Headshots or Executive Portraits. It is designed to create personalized array of images to sell your business, It creates a large range of different options. We come onsite, bring our gear and we work closely with you with your ideas and objectives. We help visualize, design and bring those ideas to life. The session includes headshots if you need them and then builds on Business Portraits for your commercial purposes. All in one session, we begin with a consultation to understand your brand whether you have one yet or not, your need and your goals. Then we start visualizing how to turn these ideas into your custom images. Included with the session you get: · Between 3-4 hours of onsite Professional Services. · Custom Quote. Call us to create your proposal. Digitally enhanced with retouching included. · Business Headshots and customized Portraits as explained above. · Unlimited settings within allotted time. · Unlimited outfit changes at your discretion. · Environmental Portraits, setups indoors and/or outdoors all in one session. Images are delivered in web format as digital downloads, both in Hi Resolution for printed publications and Web Resolution for web/social media. Images are fully licensed for commercial use with unlimited usage. We can collaborate with your Marketing Agency if you have already the requirements or we help your create ideas to represent your final objective.


Booking and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days to the time of your Photo session are non-refundable. However, they could be transferred towards a new session minus the rescheduling fee equal to a 50% of the deposit already collected. Cancellations further beyond 7 days from the time of your session are refundable but will have a deduction fee from the collected deposit equal to 50% of such deposit. Cancellations within 48hrs of your session and/or No shows are considered job completed and due in full. Request to reschedule your session within 7 days of the time of the session will incur in a rescheduling fee equal to a 50% of your deposit already collected and is added to your final bill. All other rescheduling needs outside the 7 days window, inclement weather or any other act of nature not fault of the client do not incur into any additional fees. Service Fees: There is a $25 service charge fee for hotels located on the Beach. This cover parking and miscellaneous expenses due to city regulations. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel expense fee may be assessed and added to the final bill according to your session online booking agreement. Additional Notes: By Booking our sessions online you explicitly agree with our policies and give permission to the Photographer to use the images taken during your photo-session for his own promotional purposes. The Photographer can use produced images in digital or printed promotional material. The Photographer retains full copyrights of all photographic material created during your session.
